Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us to explore custom options.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 HOURS of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Royal Threads and Living is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
