Refund policy
At The Royal Threads and Living, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Unused Items:
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
• Non-defective unused items are returned at the customer’s expense.
2. Defective or Damaged Items:
• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 HOURS receipt to arrange a return.
• Defective or damaged items will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
Conditions for Returns
• All items must include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories or components that came with the product.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage (not caused by the manufacturer) may not qualify for a refund.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please email us at RTL@queensbuildingsupplies.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable (for defective items). SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS REQUIRE AN RMA AND A DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE RETURN ADDRESS. DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BACK WITH OUT CHECKING WITH US.
2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. For unused, non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after the return is approved.
Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable.
